On Farm Event Terms and Conditions

• Advance Ticket Required
All guests must purchase a ticket in advance. No tickets will be sold at the farm.

• Adults Only
This event is for adults (18+) only. We kindly ask that you leave children and pets at home. No outside alcohol or smoking are allowed on the property.

• Rain or Shine
Events will be held rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, we will relocate to a covered area if possible. Please dress appropriately for the forecast.

• No Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another guest. Please email us at theserootspeonyfarm@gmail.com with the new attendee’s name.

• Farm Terrain
Please wear comfortable, sturdy shoes. As this is a working farm, paths may be uneven, grassy, or unpaved.

• Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
By purchasing a ticket and attending an event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending a farm-based event, including but not limited to trips, falls, insect bites, or other accidents. These Roots Peony Farm, its owners, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur during or after the event.

Although we have to say this:

Under Oregon law, there is no liability for an injury to or the death of a participant in an agri-tourism activity conducted at this agri-tourism location if the injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agri-tourism activity. Inherent risks of agri-tourism activities are risks of injury inherent to land, equipment and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agri-tourism activity.

• Respect the Space
We ask all guests to treat our farm, plants, animals, and fellow guests with care and respect. Disruptive behavior or damage to property may result in removal from the event without refund.

• Photography Notice
Photos may be taken during the event for use in farm marketing and promotions. By attending, you consent to your image being used. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know at check-in.

We strive to give you a wonderful experience while you are visiting our farm and we do not take it lightly that you take time out of your life to visit. We are so thankful for each of you!
