Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting These Roots Peony Farm. We value your business and are committed to transparency and clear communication. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Event Tickets All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you are unable to attend an event you’ve purchased a ticket for, you may transfer your ticket to another guest. Please notify us of the name change by emailing theserootspeonyfarm@gmail.com prior to the event.

If These Roots Peony Farm cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be notified and provided with the option of a refund or transfer to a future event.

2. Farm Products (e.g., Peony Bouquets, Roots, Potted Peonies, Merchandise) Due to the perishable and seasonal nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on fresh flowers, peony roots, or other farm goods once they have been picked up, delivered, or shipped.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at theserootspeonyfarm@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to make it right.

3. Workshops and Special Experiences Registration fees for workshops and other experiences are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by emailing us in advance. In the unlikely event that we cancel a workshop, a full refund or event credit will be offered.

4. Weather Policy Events take place rain or shine. In cases of extreme weather where it is unsafe to proceed, we will contact ticket holders with next steps or rescheduling information.
